Choosing our charming accommodations so well integrated into nature, so cozy and welcoming, is to taste something different, more comfortable than a camping tent and much more original and cozy than a hotel or house rental: discover glamping in Béarn
We are 25 minutes from Pau , about 2 hours from Bordeaux and Toulouse , 1h15 from the Atlantic coast and its beaches in the Basque country and the Landes, 1h15 from the Béarnaise ski slopes…
We are also on the route of the GR65 at the 28th stage of the road to Saint Jacques de Compostela, via the Puy route (via Podiensis). It is by this country road, which hikers also take, that you will arrive.
Our roadside sign in both directions of traffic will show you the path to follow to reach the reception of the site.
Once a forest, the landscape was the domain of wolves, wild boars and bears; on the border of Navarre and the Kingdom of France, these high places of the Middle Ages were under the protectorate of Gaston de Phoebus who left us very beautiful castles, cultural sites magnificently restored and to visit.
Today, the landscape is bucolic, simple, so as not to interfere with the natural spectacle offered by the view of the Pyrenees chain.
