You can book: <\/p>\n\n<p>\u2022 online via our website,<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2022 by phone (in french),<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2022 or by email, depending on availability.<\/p>\n\n<p>A confirmation message will be sent once your appointment has been validated.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>2. Cancellations \/ Rescheduling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Any cancellation or change of appointment must be made <strong>at least 24 hours in advance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>In case of late cancellation or no-show, the session will be considered due, except in cases of force majeure.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>3. Delays<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>In the event of a delay, the session may be shortened so as not to affect the following appointments, <strong>without any adjustment to the fee.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>4. Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Payment can be made:<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2013<strong> online at the time of booking<\/strong>, by credit card, bank transfer, or valid gift card,<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2013 <strong>after the session<\/strong>, in cash or by cheque.<\/p>\n\n<p>Gift cards are valid for <strong>1 year from the date of purchase<\/strong>, or <strong>2 years for open-value cards<\/strong>, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>5. Contraindications &amp; Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Kinesiology and massage sessions are part of a well-being and personal support approach.<\/p>\n\n<p>They <strong>do not replace medical advice or prescribed treatments.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The client agrees to inform the practitioner of:<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2022 any health issues or ongoing treatments,<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2022 possible medical contraindications or allergies,<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2022 a pregnancy or any changes in physical condition.<\/p>\n\n<p>The practitioner reserves the right to refuse a session if they believe it is not appropriate for the client\u2019s state of health.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>6. Treatment for minors<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Minors can attend sessions only <strong>with written consent from a parent or legal guardian<\/strong>. The presence of the accompanying adult may be required for the first session. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>7.
