1.Appointments
Kinesiology sessions and massages are available by appointment only. You can book:
• online via our website,
• by phone (in french),
• or by email, depending on availability.
A confirmation message will be sent once your appointment has been validated.
2. Cancellations / Rescheduling
Any cancellation or change of appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, the session will be considered due, except in cases of force majeure.
3. Delays
In the event of a delay, the session may be shortened so as not to affect the following appointments, without any adjustment to the fee.
4. Payment
Payment can be made:
– online at the time of booking, by credit card, bank transfer, or valid gift card,
– after the session, in cash or by cheque.
Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, or 2 years for open-value cards, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
5. Contraindications & Responsibility
Kinesiology and massage sessions are part of a well-being and personal support approach.
They do not replace medical advice or prescribed treatments.
The client agrees to inform the practitioner of:
• any health issues or ongoing treatments,
• possible medical contraindications or allergies,
• a pregnancy or any changes in physical condition.
The practitioner reserves the right to refuse a session if they believe it is not appropriate for the client’s state of health.
6. Treatment for minors
Minors can attend sessions only with written consent from a parent or legal guardian. The presence of the accompanying adult may be required for the first session.
7. Confidentiality & Respect
All information shared during the sessions is strictly confidential.
The care setting is based on mutual respect, active listening, and kindness.
Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund.
