Like a dashboard for your well-being, find your past and future appointments in your care account. Very useful for keeping track of your package consumption during a spa treatment, for example.
In the profile tab you can also update your contact details.
How do I reschedule or cancel an appointment from my care account?
Need to reschedule or cancel an appointment? No problem, you can do it yourself in this user area.
From the“Upcoming appointments” tab, click on the CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT OR MOVE MY APPOINTMENT button on the relevant appointment line(if you have more than one).
In the case of a modification, choose a new date and/or time. Click on add to reservation.
The return to the home page of the user area is a sign that the modification has been saved, and you can verify this by seeing the new day/time in the next appointment. In addition, a confirmation e-mail will be automatically sent to you almost immediately.
