Do I need to create an account to book an appointment?
This is not compulsory, but certain information must be entered in order to book an appointment. If you check the box “create a customer account” This allows us to offer you a personalized experience, manage your upcoming appointments, and facilitate follow-ups.
How can I cancel or change my appointment?
You can cancel or change your appointment directly from your account on our platform. Please note that we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to avoid charges.

How do I make an appointment to take advantage of a gift card?
For an appointment to take advantage of a treatment received as a gift card, proceed as for a normal appointment but note the reference of the gift voucher in the comments and choose the “pay on the spot” option at the time of payment.
